Tread Lightly programmes aim to teach Auckland students and their families of the environmental consequences of their everyday lives, and to inspire positive behaviour change to create actual environmental benefits.

Tread Lightly Caravan
Through the use of fun interactive exhibits and activities, the TLC inspires students to live more environmentally responsible lifestyles, and shows students how every day choices can make a huge difference to our natural environment.
Prices for 2023
Years 0-2 - 60 mins = $7.00 each (inc gst)
Years 3-8 - 90 mins = $9.00 each (inc gst) -
Tread Lightly Drain Game
The Tread Lightly Drain Game explores the difference between the stormwater and wastewater systems and the effects that pollutants, contaminants and rubbish have on freshwater and marine environments.

Taking Action
Tread Lightly also assists schools to “take action” or to extend student learning following a visit by the Tread Lightly Caravan or the Tread Lightly Drain Game
