UELCT (parent Trust)
The Urban Ecoliving Charitable Trust (UELCT) was established in December 2007. We are a not-for-profit charitable trust registered with the Charities Commission (CC 25846) and also incorporated with the Ministry for Economic Development (2078280).
UELCT is governed by a Board of Trustees, who meet regularly to oversee the trust operations. Our trustees are:
- Brent Ogilvie, Executive Director, Pacific Channel
- Julian Nixon, Director, PCPR
- Gael Ogilvie, Senior Principal, URS
- Chris Walton, Health and Safety Advisor
Our mission is to inspire sustainable life styles.
Our first project is to build the Tread Lightly Caravan – a mobile exhibition/classroom targeted at 8-12 year olds.
