Tread Lightly Caravan official launch, November 2011

The Tread Lightly Caravan was officially launched, at a ceremony in Downtown Auckland, on November 3rd 2011. Approximately 100 guests attended the event including National Party, Labour and Green Party politicians, central and local government officials and representatives from supporting companies and the media. The official opening speech was delivered by National MP for the North Shore, Maggie Barry, on behalf of the Minister for the Environment, Nick Smith. The Bayfield Primary School "Ecowarriers" attended to demonstrate the exciting interactive exhibits to the guests.
