On behalf of the Minister for the Environment, Nick Smith, the Tread Lightly Caravan was officially launched by Maggie Barry MP, at a morning ceremony in downtown Auckland, on 3rd November 2011. 


A "virtual" version of the TLC (our computer games and Geckos and Vines) recently visited the Starship Hospital school. (June 2011)


The TLC featured at Auckland's Ecoday on 6th March 2011.  One of the highlights was a visit from Auckland's Mayor Len Brown, shown here trying out our Ecobike.

Nearly 1000 children from all 34 x Year 7 and 8 classes at Murrays Bay Intermediate experienced the Tread Lightly Caravan during the last two weeks of Term 2, 2011.
